AQC-100 is JKR's quick-change tool plate designed for medium-load applications. Recommended load capacity: 100 kg. It features pneumatic ball-locking with a clamping force of 12000N (at 0.5MPa bar pressure). The main plate mounts on the robot side, while the tool plate mounts on the fixture side. The air circuit connects automatically upon docking, enabling tool changes without stopping the robot.
